This traditional spirit lock or soul casket pendant has been handcrafted by Karen Hilltribe artisans in the Golden Triangle, Northern Thailand. The spirit lock is more than just a piece of jewellery, it's a symbol of protection and spiritual connection originally used ceremonially to strengthen and even recall a person's spirit.

The Karen silversmiths have handed their silverworking knowledge down through the generations, and use 99.9% pure Thai silver to create their intricate tribal designs. The pure silver is softer than sterling silver, making it the perfect medium for their traditional stamped silver motifs.

3cm long x 3cm wide at the top. The lock itself is 2cm long and 2cm wide at the bottom.
