Shipping policy

Standard Royal Mail Tracked48 delivery is free within the UK on all orders over £40. If your order qualifies for free postage, you can upgrade to Tracked24 for an additional £1.45.

For orders under £40 which weigh under 2kg the following delivery charges apply:

Tracked48 Postage - £4.50

Tracked24 Postage - £5.95

For orders under £40 which weigh over 2kg the following delivery charges apply:

Tracked48 Postage - £7.50

Tracked24 Postage - £8.95

If you order before 12pm Monday-Thursday, we will do our best to ship your order the same day. At busy times of year our dispatch time can increase to 2 days.

Please note, our working days are Monday-Thursday, and we do not usually dispatch orders on a Friday. Anything ordered on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

USA & Canada Shipping

Orders for the USA and Canada order shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) by Royal Mail, with the duties collected at checkout. Orders will be dispatched within 2 days, and estimated transit time is 5-7 working days.

Flat rate shipping - £14.95

If delivery fails or is rejected by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, any refund will be processed only once the goods have been successfully returned. Refunds will be issued less the original shipping cost, any return shipping or customs charges incurred by us, and a restocking/handling fee of up to 10%.

Please note that cut fabric, custom-cut meterage, and earrings are non-returnable and may be subject to additional deductions where the goods cannot be resold at full value.

EU Shipping

Unfortunately, due to changes with VAT collection since Brexit, we are currently unable to ship to EU countries.
