Hand Dyed Moon Print Fabric - Rough Texture

Hand dyed moon print bamboo fabric sourced from a small producer called Pii Md in Northern Thailand. We stock two versions of this design - this one is a coarser weave with an almost waffle-like texture.

Pii uses natural dyes such as ebony, indigo, marigold flowers, mango leaves and rosewood to create tonal layers in this natural bamboo fabric. You can see more about his process here.

A heavyweight, cotton fabric suitable for upholstery, jackets and more structured garments.

The width of the fabric is 112cm - for context, the diametre of the moons is approx. 13cm
