Beautiful, plant-dyed, hand woven cotton warp ikat piece from eastern Sumba.
Size: 2.2 m x 96 cms (inc fringes)
A deep terracotta background with blue and white.
The two symmetrical parts are sewn together to form a double width blanket. There is a border of horses and skull trees and a woven band at each end
